On the Web Interface Status OK indicates that the signs JamLogic Equipment Control Unit (JECU) has communicated with the server in last 15 minutes. not heard from the JECU in the last 15 minutes. The JECU talks to the server every 2 to 3 minutes. A Timed Out indicates a communication problem either caused by poor or no cellular communications, No power to the controller, Sign in route, or equipment failure.
When a timeout occurs the JECU reboots, then reboots the modem, then reboots the sign. All communications pathways are then reinitialized. If all of this does not fix the problem, there is most likely a hardware failure on site.
