Relays

1. Modem Relay (Pin 5)

   This allows us to completely reset the modem on TIMEOUT. This reduces communication gaps due to modem lockups.

2. Sign Relay (Pin 4)

   Allows us to power cycle the ADDCO controller. This controller has a history of locking up when being remotely controlled. Controlling the power to this controller solves this problem.
