Troubleshooting

  1. Check Lights
    1. JECU - solid yellow, blinking green
    2. Modem Status - blinking green
    3. RTS and CTS - solid green
    4. Ver-mac - press down arrow to see what controller thinks is displayed
  2. Power Cycle
    1. Press power button twice on JECU
    2. On Ver-Mac switch the sign on and off (this happens automatically on ADDCO)
  3. Check Sign
    1. Remove grey plug from JECU.
    2. Remove CPC connector on ADDCO board
    3. Plug in hand held into CPC
    4. Turn on Power Switch
  4. Recheck web status
    1. Reconnect all equipment
    2. Wait for Modem Status to reach blinking green
    3. Check web interface for OK
    4. Test sending a message to the sign
